Sunday Night Blues Revue, January 28, 2018

The Sunday Night Blues Revue, WDXR 102.5, Paducah, KY
1/28/18 6-8PM CST

It was a tough week this week. First of all, we experienced the tragic school shooting in our area, in Marshall County, Kentucky.  Almost all of us knew someone connected to the tragedy as a relative or victim or both.  Then in the blues world, we lost Preston Shannon, a much beloved figure in Memphis.  We paid tribute to Preston and highlighted the Blues Fondation's International Blues Challenge with Best Self Produced CD Finalist Polly O'Keary, and the Kentucky Blues Society entry, Tee Dee Young, who made it all the way to the finals of the IBC.

The Sunday Night Blues Revue features the best in national and local blues music and artists, old and new.  Subscribe to The Sunday Night Blues Revue on iTunes, or favorite on Tunein Radio App.
